This document discusses a door-to-door social inclusion program for parents receiving social welfare benefits in a multi-ethnic neighborhood in The Hague. The goals of the program were to increase social inclusion, employment, and reduce barriers. The program involved home visits, motivational interviewing, developing individual plans, and long-term follow up support. Quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to evaluate the program's effects on social inclusion and employment outcomes. Results showed improvements in social inclusion levels and reductions in those considered excluded after participating in the program.
