A 28-year-old male was in a head-on car collision and suffered deceleration injuries. Despite intravenous fluid resuscitation for persistent low blood pressure, his condition was stable with normal breathing, oxygen saturation, and no neurological deficits on examination. A full-body CT scan showed no abnormalities to explain his ongoing hypotension.
