4. Problem solving

• Problem solving is the act of

5. Critical thinking
• Critical thinking is the objective
analysis of facts to form a
judgment. The subject is
complex, and several different
definitions exist, which generally
include the rational, skeptical,
unbiased analysis, or evaluation
of factual evidence.

6. Creativity and innovation
• Creativity is the capability or act
of conceiving something original
or unusual. Innovation is the

7. Digital literacy
• Digital literacy refers to an
individual's ability to find,
evaluate, and compose clear
information through writing and

9. Presentation Skills

• Financial literacy is the
possession of the set of skills
and knowledge that allows an
individual to make informed and
effective decisions with all of
their financial resources.

12. Project management
• Project management is the
process of leading the work of a
team to achieve goals and meet
success criteria at a specified
time. The primary challenge of
project management is to
achieve all of the project goals
within the given constraints.
