 The main office of Transavia.com, together with the main office of Martinair, is
housed in the TransPort Building, Schiphol East, on the property of Amsterdam
Airport Schiphol in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, Netherlands.
 Transavia.com relocated into the new building on 3 May 2010 with roughly 400
employees.

9. Fleet development
Fleet development
 For only brief periods, additional aircraft types were part of the fleet
in small numbers: Airbus A300 (1976-77), Airbus A310 (1998-99),
Boeing 737-400 (1997), Boeing 757-300 (2003), and BAe146-200 (1997).
 Transavia.com has plans to obtain two new rented Boeing 737-800
aircraft; they are scheduled for delivery in April 2015 and April 2016.

10. On-board service
 Transavia.com offers the “Selection on Board” buy on board service, which offers food and drinks for purchase.

11. Luggage policy
 Starting 5 April 2011, the carrier introduced charges for hold luggage.
 Additionally, the rules for hand luggage have also changed.
 The greatest permissible weight for hand luggage has increased from five to ten kg (also effective 5 April 2011).
