This trainer evaluation form contains sections to assess the presence, training, and overall performance of a candidate for a position. Raters are asked to evaluate how well the presenter engages audiences and organizes materials, the clarity and design of the presentation, and whether the proposed learning outcomes were appropriate, taught effectively, and acquired by students. Space is also provided to take notes on specific strengths and weaknesses. The form is used to holistically score and evaluate a candidate based on their presentation skills and training approach.
