    Short Story:
    6 months to train a new Rep vs. 2.5 years / still learning
   Main Theme: Students have goals/wants and need
    help to find out why they want what they want
   Main Goal: We want to change lives through
    education and we want to change as many lives as
    possible
   Main Focus: We are changing because the market is
    changing – becomes savvy. We have to change how
    we work so that we can stand out of competition –
    continuous improvement
Admission Representatives
are the difference as to which
school a student chooses.

  Seize the Opportunity and
        Train them well
No new employee comes to us to fail.
We have to assume that, if an employee
fails, something (perhaps us, our systems,
our approach, our consideration of their
needs) related to us - the company, has failed.
   Simplicity
   Clear direction
   Public Servant – remove roadblocks
   Motivate and Inspire
   Reward (celebrate victories and good efforts)
   Creating a learning environment (phone room
    and classroom)
   We don’t pay for service, we pay for results
“Best results are accomplished when you
do what is best for you and the group that
you belong to”.
No distance is too far to travel
One team
One environment
One training
One student
We are responsible for creating environments
 where Admission Reps can be successful
Continuous improvement is only possible when
 you acknowledge that you are open to learning
 more (from others)
