The advantages go beyond sustainability to reach financial support and stability. The work in this paper introduces the hybrid system between PV and EV to support industrial and commercial plants. This paper covers the theoretical framework of the proposed hybrid system including the required equation to complete the cost analysis when PV and EV are present. In addition, the proposed design diagram which sets the priorities and requirements of the system is presented. The proposed approach allows setup to advance their power stability, especially during power outages. The presented information supports researchers and plant owners to complete the necessary analysis while promoting the deployment of clean energy. The result of a case study that represents a dairy milk farmer supports the theoretical works and highlights its advanced benefits to existing plants. The short return on investment of the proposed approach supports the paper's novelty approach for the sustainable electrical system. Town development plan
- 1. TOWN DEVELOPMENT PLAN : SCOPE, CONTENTS AND PREPARATION PREPARED BY: GAYATHRY SATHEESAN
- 2. Introduction • A development plan or a master plan or a town plan may be defined as a plan for the future layout of a city or town showing both its existing and proposed streets , open spaces , public buildings etc. • It is prepared either for improvement of an old town or city or for a new town to be developed on virgin soil. • Thus, a town development plan aims at controlling the future growth of a town along preconceived and predetermined paths. • A town development plan is an ideal plan showing the full development of the town at some future date.

- 4. scope • It aims at intelligent and economic spending of the public funds for achieving welfare of the inhabitants in respect of amenity, convenience and health. • Restricting haphazard and unplanned growth of town. • It removes the defects of uncoordinated physical growth. • It arranges the pattern of a town in such a way so as to satisfy the present requirements without introduction of future improvements by the coming generations.
- 5. • It serves as a guide to the planning body for making any recommendations for public improvement. • It stimulates wider interest in community problems. • It helps coordinate the physical, economic, social & political forces that govern the structure of the community. • It formulate long term & short term action programs with a view to injecting long term considerations into shirt term actions.

NECESSITY OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN • To control the development of various industries in a systematic way. • To discourage the growth of town in an unplanned & unscientific way. • To give a perspective picture of a fully developed town. • To limit to a certain extend the unprecedented flow of rural population to the urban area. • To offset the evils which have come up due to overcrowding of population such as shortage of houses, traffic congestion etc.

REPORT The written report accompanying the development plan should include the following topics to suggest the improvement of town in general: Cost estimates for immediate measures Development of basic industries in urban and suburban zones Engineering infrastructure, site development, sanitation and hygienic measures Functional zoning and architectural principles involved in the town plan; pattern of highways and urban transportation; population growth for a design period and the first stage of construction Technical and economic factors of the project etc.
- 13. PREPARATION STAGES OF PREPARATION 1. Collection of data and relevant information from civic survey and other sources. 2. Preparation of a tentative draft of the development plan and notifying the same for comments, suggestions and discussions from experts and the public. 3. Considerations of views received from experts and the public with sympathy and without any prejudice. 4. Preparation of the revised development plan accommodating the good aspects of comments received from experts and the public. 5. Determination of the sequence in which the development plan will be implemented.
