been a realm of discussion.

• These values and concepts provide foundation for integrating
the key performance requirements within the quality
framework.
• A quality circle consists of small groups of people that meet on
a regular basis to discuss problems, to seek solutions, and to
cooperate with management in the implementation of those
solutions (Juran and Gryna 1980).

8. INTHE END…..
• Although NAAC does try to fill-up the quality
improvement opportunities provided by the institute, but
it’s very necessary that the institute itself tries to critically
analyse itself for quality improvement through fulfilment
of various qualitative factors in the institute.
• Hence, the best way to achieve such kind of continuous
and comprehensive development in the institute is to
fulfil the components of theTotal Quality Management
(TQM).
9. • The employees of the institute i.e. basically the teachers
can be the best judge of the total quality management
factors followed in the institute due to their awareness
and keen observation in the quality improvements to be
done at the institutional level.
