Teacher’s Productivity & Improvement Program
WAAR-way especially appreciates the important role of teachers, women and youth have in
society, and therefore strive to enhance and improve their productivity and share in the
community development.
WAAR-WAY has taken several initiatives to enhance the Quality of Human Resources.
One such important initiative undertaken is to impart training to the teachers by focusing on
Productivity & Performance and on ‘Quality Management’ in educational institutions.
Investment of human energy and material resources in education is recognized as a crucial
factor for a nation’s development. The principle objective of WAAR-WAY is to enhance the
competitiveness of Pakistan’s Industry in all the key sectors of the economy, which impacts the
nation’s growth. To achieve this objective, it is important to improve the Quality of Human
Resources.

delivered to limited numbers of trainees and course content closely geared to the nature of each
group's activities and its existing level of knowledge.
It is a bespoke service that can be modified on the spot to meet precise requirements. We offer a
highly applied understanding with a personal and more practical slant. Instead of excessive
'chalk and talk' the emphasis is on practical real time approach.

and other agencies working in the field of Education to improve their operational processes and
raise the awareness of Productivity & Performance in the sector.

Body Language In The Class Room (1-2 Day)
The course explains how to penetrate the personal secrets of students, peers, strangers
and friends by interpreting their body language, and how to WAAR use of your powers.
It helps to explore that why do people move the way they do? Does people body betray
their thoughts? Is a person is related to 'close' or 'open' family? What body language does
a student use to say 'I'm ready to learn etc.?

Teachers’ Performance Evaluation
The fundamental obstacle to professional agreement is that everyone - parent,
administrator, legislator, and teacher - purports to know exactly what a good teacher is.
The objective of our Performance Evaluation system is to find gaps and suggest strategy
to enhance capabilities of the staff of Educational institutes. WAAR-WAY is offering
services for evaluating teachers’ performance on the following grounds.

WAAR-Way Technologies Teacher’s Productivity & Improvement Program WAAR-way especially appreciates the important role of teachers, women and youth have in society, and therefore strive to enhance and improve their productivity and share in the community development. "If you don't shape the future, someone else will," WAAR-WAY has planned to Work ‘with’ Schools, Colleges and other Training Institutes on the following grounds: • Create and enhance awareness on “Excellence in Education” towards providing World Class Education. • Help educational institutions understand and apply principles of PRODUCTIVITY & TQM for improving their operational processes. • Recognize schools making progress on their journey towards excellence. • Provide a platform for sharing of good practices and strategies amongst the educational institutions. Our service offers specialist training tailored to the individual needs of our clients, with courses delivered to limited numbers of trainees and course content closely geared to the nature of each group's activities and its existing level of knowledge.
