Don’t make a decision based on
price alone. Be sure to check out
the quality of their work examples
and compare price Vs quality. It’s
important to base your own opinion
on the their work.
TIME TO COMPLETE
Consider how long you think a task will take
to complete. Then add on an extra week for task
deadlines. That way you won’t be disappointed if
the deadline is not met.
Cost
Set aside your budget and
stick to it. Don’t just go for

impact. Ask yourself – is it

Be careful of fake reviews. When using
freelancers it is sometimes best to go for

With many platforms, hiring
freelancers has gone from being a
painstaking process to a relatively
speedy one. Comparing is easy and
you can usually find what you are
looking for within an hour.
They Cost Less
Freelancers undoubtedly cost less
than hiring a part-time or full-time
employee. At the very least, they are
much more cost efficient, because you
only pay them for the work they
actually do. Although you may want to
consider hiring from the Philippines as
they cost less and have great values.

Will their work be the quality they

Lack of Supervision
Given most freelancing is done remotely, there's truly

your freelancer billed were spent working hard or

Lack of comitment

company. By not having the ability to
properly train and onboard a
freelancer, they may be missing out
