EXPERIENCE
Senior CBRNE/Operations Manger, United States Army, Fort Stewart, GA 2013-2015
Developed and initiated Operational plans for Chemical, Biological and Radiological Monitoring & Nuclear
emergency actions. Served as an advisor to senior management. Oversaw the logistical shortages and
accountability of chemical and radiation defense equipment for the corporation. The corporation allocated
$500,000 to fill in their shortages; with extensive research all shortages were filled at a cost of $385,000
(savings of $115,000). Maintained accountability on 850 Chemical Agent Alarms, 980 Chemical Agent
Monitors by serial number. Ensured that all radiation wipe tests were conducted in accordance with Title 10
of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Code. Accountable for detection and decontamination equipment.
Advised management about emergency planning and operations. Assisted in the development of all planned
and scheduled Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear training for all employees. Kept records and
managed all files to ensure all employees received credit for training. Directly responsible for the
maintenance and up-keep of over 1.5 million dollars worth of Radiation Detection.
Assistant Anti-Terrorist Officer/Senior CBRNE Manager, United States Army Yongsan, Korea
2011-2013
Served as the Senior Manager of Chemical, Biological, Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) expert and adviser to
the Installation Commander & the Director of Emergency Manager on potential CBRN threats and/or
hazards to include the preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery. In-addition served as Assistant
Manager of the Installation Anti-Terrorism Program. Assisted in the development of the CBRN Response
Program to the Installation Anti-Terrorism Plan and the Installation Emergency Response Plan. Supervised
the training, education and operation of approximately eight subordinate unit CBRN Defense Program
Managers to include training on Random Anti-Terrorism Measures (RAM) program, Base Defense and
Installation Protection Plan. Responsible for the Quarterly Installation Training for mandatory Anti-
Terrorism and Operation Security (OPSEC) Training for over 200 personnel. Served as the unit Sexual
Harassment and Assault Response and Prevention(SHARP) Manager encompassing the total Army Values
during tenure as the SHARP Manager to include training, prevention and zero tolerance with-in the work
place. Assisted in the Development of the Random Anti-Terrorism Measure (RAM) Program uses as the
primary guideline for Halting, Searching, Mitigation and Detaining threats to the Installation, including,
Traffic control points for entering and exiting military bases, primary gathering buildings and medical
treatment centers and is used widely by 5 military bases located in South Korea.
Assistant Intelligence/Operation Manager, United States Army, Fort Stewart, GA 2005-2011
Serve as Assistant Intelligence Operations Manager and Assistant Section Leader providing intelligence
support for operations and interpreting human intelligence information for supported personnel. Supervise
the collection of threat information, interpret and translate data, and disseminate actionable reports.
Collected and interpreted reports or documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before sending
documents to higher leadership. Supervised the activities of over 30 personnel and provide training and
guidance on all aspects of detainee operations provide leadership and assistance in strength training and
enforce adherence to physical fitness requirements.
Processed detainees and associated evidence to develop intelligence information and track detainees during
transfer to higher echelon units for detention; processed over 1,000 detainees during Operation Iraqi
Freedom III. Directed the activities of over 65 interpreters to ensure supported forces received all available
support information. Instrumental in the development of training systems including Biometrics Automated
Tool set (BAT) Developed mission focused class on all aspects of detainee procedures including the most
up-to-date requirements. Skilled on the use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Power point, &
Excel.
Supervised five Security Towers including main entry point for deployed Forward Operating Base (FOB)
which included questioning and screening personnel, searching and screening equipment using x-ray and
electronic detection devices to located any contraband that may be smuggled on the FOB. Screened in-
coming vehicles by using detection equipment and ground mirrors to check under the carriage of the
automobile. Trained and Supervised the FOB Quick Reaction Force (QRF) consisting of 14 personnel on
Use of Force, how to mitigate dangers that may present itself and roving patrol during heighten times on the
FOB. I am a team player have to ability to work independently or with a team.
Junior Chemical Operation Manager United States Army, Fort Stewart, GA 1998-2005
Orchestrated the decontamination training and processes for 180 employees. Developed and initiated
operational plans for emergency actions. Served as an advisor to senior management. Oversaw the
decontamination equipment account for approximately 15 thousand employees. Supervised and evaluated a
chemical reaction team on decontamination procedures. Some of the procedures evaluated where
decontamination of helicopters, vehicles and terrain decontamination. Developed training objectives and
evaluated employee’s comprehension. Instructed employees on safe, effective hazardous material handling.
Delegated tasks and managed works schedules. Inspected training and work for safety. Escorted chemical
retrieval units to ensure the safety of employees exposed to extremely hazardous material.
