In a world of growing diversity and the need to interact with those who may be "different" from us, the issue of "otherness" has become more prevalent.

hundredscriptsof theirownstyle inorderto establishunityindiversitywithinIndiansociety. Butwe
alwaysignore toinclude tolerance anditsrole asan impedimentinthe obtainmentof dignifiedlife to
the masses,the affectedandvictimizedpeople,nearly70% volume tothe existingstrengthof Indian
population.The conceptof tolerance isbasedonhow a particularcommunity rathermajoritiesin

gap betweenrichandpoor.Since lastdecade Indiadidproduce more thanfiftybillionaire andtheir
numbersare increasingyearafteryear,butwhenwe countthemin percentilefoundthatour70%
populationcan’taffordasmart phone or owntransportationandduringcritical emergency,theirlives
are at the handsof nearestGovernmenthospital,whichfunctionsonthe availabilityof one medical
practitioneragainst1100 patient!! The richbecome richerandpoor become pauper.Nonavailabilityof
potable water,inaccessof Elementaryeducation,Electricity,Medicare,unaffordableincome have made
the livesof 1/7 portionuncomfortable,confused,leftwithoutanyoptiontobecome acontributor
before the palatial empire of looters.
A comparative studybetweenprevailingattitudes,the situational conditions,throughissues frequently
beenevolvedand chosentobe raised, how far justifiabletoIndiansocietyandtheirimpactonthe
economyhasbeenmade infavorof positive solution.How uniformityinthe socio-economicinequality
have made us more intolerantandpolicies withoutvisionhave compelledusto bearincidental eventsof
unfortunate nature did able tosetaside the genuine cause behindthe seriesof communal disharmony
inthe recentpastalsobeenelaborated.
