1 Instructor Profile
1.1 Professional Experience
Sufyan Mustafa has over 17 years of experience in Information Technology
and especially in e–business and e-government domains. Sufyan has more
than 8 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Architecture practice
in the region in which he has participated in more than 8 EA engagements.
In 2006/2007 Sufyan was the Enterprise Architecture team lead for e-
government program in Jordan. Sufyan has leaded a group of 6 EA architects
towards defining the target state, defining the architecture building blocks,
and setting the transformation roadmap. The project was a very successful
project and the results were tremendous.
Sufyan has also executed some EA projects in several government entities in
Saudi Arabia such as Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry
of Justice and Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Sufyan has also worked in setting IT Strategy, IT Architecture and
Information Architecture for several customers such as such as e-
Government Program, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Saudi Food and
Drug Authority, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Transportation, Bureau of
Investigation and Public Prosecution and others.
Sufyan is also an active contributor to the Open Group community where he
participates in reviewing the TOGAF 9 specifications as well as training
material.
