Firm History
• The Overture Group originated in the mid 1990’s when RSM
McGladrey (a major middle market accounting and consulting
firm) formed an executive search practice.
• RSM McGladrey exited the Strategy and Human Capital
practice in 2010. This included strategic services,
compensation and search.
• The Overture Group was formed in July 2010.
• Today the firm has offices in Illinois and Iowa.

This included strategic services, compensation and search. • The Overture Group was formed in July 2010. • Today the firm has offices in Illinois and Iowa. 4
