The fundamental unit of Scrum is a small team of people, a Scrum Team.
The Scrum Team consists of one Scrum Master, one Product Owner, and
Developers. It is a cohesive unit of professionals focused on one
objective at a time, the Product Goal.

Scrum Teams are cross-functional, meaning the members have all the
skills necessary to create value each Sprint. They are also
self-managing, meaning they internally decide who does what, when,
and how.

The Scrum Team is responsible for all product-related activities from
stakeholder collaboration, verification, maintenance, operation,
experimentation, research and development, and anything else that might
be required.

Create a Sprint Strategy
List of ticket Daily Schedule(Dev/QA/Release)
We created sprint strategy after sprint planning as a team.
After we created daily schedule, we were able to finish all tasks in the
sprint.

We share the okr status and discuss about next actions to achieve
the okr as a team.

Use your product together
To understand customer pains directly, we used mercari together.
Our some team members are an English speaker, it’s difficult to use
Japanese product, but they can use it with teams’ help.

Do User Story Mapping
After team understanded customer pains, we tried User story
mapping method. This is one of mtg styles to align features priority.
Team can think about priority together, so it was good try
