Contract Labor disputes. Division functionality maintained during disputes and
potential internal labor force destabilization preceding and post labor dispute were
diffused.
Facilities Expansion and Remodel: Successfully completed 560,000 sq. foot
expansion at a Distribution Center. Project was on time and under cost by 3%. In
addition, three major remodels were completed totaling 800,000 sq. feet. Remodel
projects included a Regional Support Office Complex and a refrigerated
Distribution Center.
