I am a Senior ASQ Member and a ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor and a TL9000 Certified Auditor I am a CMMI Assessment Team Member and am a member of the CMMI Assessor Pool with SEI-Carnegie Mellon I am a Malcolm Baldrige criteria examiner and Mentor with the Army Community of Excellence (ACOE), and have volunteered with Florida Sterling, and Colorado Performance Excellence (CPEx) I have executed and maintained multiple ISO certifications and overall compliance to several ISO and ISO related standards, e.g., ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and AS9006.

Who am I (cont’d) I have led and managed international audit/assessment teams and implemented quality management systems/processes in global organizations, e.g., Telecommunications, Medical, Aerospace, Real Estate, Research and Development, Software and Hardware development, and Manufacturing. I have developed industry specific performance improvement/excellence training modules for various organizations I also have experience with SAP, RUP, Agile, Force Field Analysis, Gap Analysis, SW Development Lifecycles and Integrated Standards assessments.

  8. 8. Selected Highlights <ul><li>Introducing CMMI maturity methodology. A major fortune 500 group was not measured against SW Development maturity. Chosen to lead new Product & Process Quality Analyst team, introducing CMMI maturity method to baseline the group’s development. Derived forecast that subsequent improvements would net the company up to $14M in saving in two years. </li></ul><ul><li>Leading special projects team to company awards. Appointed by Telecommunications VP to lead cross-functional team on “DOA” initiative. Established first faulty equipment or “DOA” tracking system, employing TQM principles to create and document processes, establish measures and set-up web-tracking system. Saved $13.3M in first two years of operation. </li></ul><ul><li>Improving internal tracking systems and saving company millions. Telecommunications Equipment Company did not have a system in place to track and manage non-salable items that were in the centralized return system. Developed Non-Stock Tracking Process to manage the disposition of non-stock items, saving $10M in inventory expenses. </li></ul><ul><li>Designed, Developed and Deployed a training organization for a major copper cable producer </li></ul>
