This document introduces Mature Walk, a social enterprise that aims to provide guidance to aspirants on choosing the right career path. It does this through an innovative methodology called "shadowing" where aspirants can live and work alongside successful people in different fields to gain first-hand experience and determine the best fit for themselves. The enterprise is run virtually through various online platforms and networks, with training and support provided remotely. Its goal is to reduce confusion for aspirants and help them make informed career decisions in a time and cost-effective manner to create a more educated society.
