Every 5 years, learns something radically new

much/better than experts in the field

Why did we fail? – then succeed based on lessons

Happy to learn and try things, even un-reasonable
things – New thing every 5 years
Experimentation
Don’t have a hang up on idea, test the idea
quickly and fix issues – Next Pivot
Make them, but its not it – it changes from day 1.

Not the same person for everything
Must make economical sense e.g. solar is
Business Idea fashionable but not yet cheaper than fossil
Do it for profit, else not going to succeed!
