time is your life. If you waste time, you
waste your life. There are a lot of
misconceptions about time. We think
that time flies, that we can save time,
that we can make up time.
Contrary to this, time moves at a
predetermined rate all the time!

WHY WE FAIL TO MANAGE TIME?
The main reason for not managing the
time is “PROCRASTINATION.”
PROCRASTINATION is something
called the thief of time. All of us put
certain job but this can become source
of stress and anxiety.
If you procrastinate on a regular basis
this can lead to negative thought like,
“I WILL NEVER MEET THE DEAD
LINE”,
“ICANNOT HANDLE THE JOB”, ETC
It is important to identify the jobs that you put off
on regular basis.
There are occasions when we are asked to do the
impossible but sometimes we find excuses not to
do a task and a reason why we should put it till
tomorrow or the next day or --------------------. Many
of us : -
do not like unpleasant tasks.
do not like unfamiliar tasks.
do not like or frightened by important or
very extensive tasks.
By procrastinating you simply increase the
pressure and reduce the time of work.
Planning will help you to alleviate this situation.
CHANGE THE HABIT
It is important to CHANGE THE HABITS
Identifying time wasters will only of use, if you
then take steps to change what might have become a
normal part of your life. Time wasting can become an
unconscious habit. You need to change now.
LIST THE TASK YOU HAVE AVOIDED DOING RECENTLY.
CAN YOU IDENTIFY ANY PATTERN HERE?

 PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly
because we have virtue or excellence; rather, we have those because we
have acted rightly; we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence ,then,is not an
act
