2. Movements is instruction in the
improvements of a person’s motor skills.
There are three elements of movements.
These are Time, Force, and Flow.

3. Time refers to speed by which a movement
is performed. A movement may be
described as slow or fast.
Force refers to the strength by which a
movement is done. The movement may be
done strongly or lightly. Force also identifies
how much muscle tension is involved in the
movement.

4. Flow refers to whether a movement is bound
or free. A bound flow suggest an interrupted
movement, while a free flow indicates a
movement that is not interrupted.

5. There are 2 kinds of leap: the low leap and the high leap.
The movements involved in these 2 kinds of leap are
almost the same. They are done by springing into the air
from one foot and landing on the other foot. The difference
between the two kinds of leap lies in the time of execution,
especially if it is done repeatedly until you reach a certain
point in the movement.
