  1. If you are a Japanese company, and you want to launch your product in USA, it can certainly be a daunting task. So you want to be sure not to make any mistakes. you could easily end up spending millions of dollars to realize , or hiring the wrong set of people to create a product people don’t want. So the question is, how to you avoid spending $millions of dollars, but knowing you have what is called “PRODUCT MARKET FIT”? How can you be sure that your produce or service will succeed overseas? This is what I want to talk about right now. I think in the past, many companies have taken the BIG COMPANY APPROACH to launching in the USA. But today, I want to suggest to THINK LIKE A STARTUP. Even if you are a big company, you can APPLY THE SAME CONCEPTS that MOST STARTUPS USE to be successful.
  2. Lean Startup Can I see a show of hands? How many people are familiar with this book? Releasted in 2012, This book has REVOLUTIONIZED the way that companies START NEW VENTURES In the book, he introduces a number of key concepts that have been widely adopted. I will mention 2 here. MVP Build->Measure->Learn process If you have not read this book I high recommend it.
