pieces, put it into a bag, and give it out to friends and
neighbors.
• From this one loaf, many will be inspired and
encouraged to make their own bread.

3. Jonathan’s idea
• take a loaf of bread and find a small empty storefront, which there are many of these days, in a
small or medium sized town, and ask the owner if I could squat in it for a month.
• Hang that loaf of bread-- making it the most attractive mouthwatering loaf it could be-- in the
window, and then tie a marker pen to the outside of the window.
• ask people to write on the window their name and if they’d commit to buying 2 loaves a week at
$5 a loaf, and say that if we can get 100 people to sign up, we start the business.
• If the rent is only $750 a month (a small storefront, remember), and the ingredients average to a
dollar a loaf, then we’d clear more than $2000 in the first month. (we’d have to bake good bread,
though).

In my country, a lot of religious people is
going to mass all the sunday morning,
I would like to offer to this people bread
(I can do it) blessed by the priest.
In return, the believer donates sometime
nothing, but, other people could give
money, clothes, shoes, blankets, food,
or anything else that may be useful for
poor people.
Then, all donated is given to the church
to give to people who have less.
