populated city in the
UK. The river Thames
runs through the city.

are always on time.
Being polite is very
important. Their
sense of humour is
also very special and
different.

examples of their
typical humour.The
films based on
books about James
Bond and the

characteristics of the
British people, too.

• Rock music would
not be the same
without the British
as well. The
Beatles, John
Lennon, the Rolling
Stones, Deep
Purple, Rainbow,
Pink Floyd, Oasis
are a few of the
names in rock that
influenced music all
over the world.

not very popular. One
of the few things that
are known is the
typical English
breakfast. But not
many people will like
it!
