One is Good
It is joy ,peace, love,
hope,
serenity,humility,
kindness,
benevolence,
empathy, generosity,
truth, compassion and
faith

“THE POWER
TRIAD: THOUGHTS,
FEELING AND
ACTION”
How aware are you of
the two different
opposing “wolves”
operating within your
mind, one of which
leads to pain and a
diminished sense of life
and the other to a
joyous,meaningful and
fulfilling life?
We are aware of what wolf is operating our
minds. When we are in problematic
situation and feeling bad towards the
others we should know that the evil one is
trying to consume our system. When we
are in a comfortable situation and feeling
beautiful toward others, the good one
reigns on us
When was the time
you feel disappointed
by the choice of
behavior because you
knew that there was a
more positive option
but you just didn’t
choose it?
We feel disappointed after a
wrong decision making. This
happens oftentimes when we
realized that we chose the
wrong choice when we we’re
still picking up on what we
think is the right one.
what way or
techniques or
exercises do you use
to strengthen
yourself so as to
increase its potency
choose and hence
control your life?
We shouldn't live in jealousy and
feed ourselves with anger and envy.
We must know that we are also just
humans, we had our limits. Choose
to be contented and happy on what
we have, and on what others had
achieved. Good practices such as
praying and meditation can help
our minds to be at peace, and also
to maintain a balanced control in
our life.
In what specific
ways do you feed
the negative wolf?
We feed the negative
wolf inside us when we
keep feeling envious of
others, anger, and
jealous. And also, if we
let our pride and ego to
took over us.
What specific
ways do you
use to feed
the positive
wolf?
Unwind and refrain
ourselves from negativity.
We should always choose to
be at peace and turn our
backs on what makes us
feel like a disappointment
and a failure. Stay positive
and look at the bright side of
life.

  • 5. We are aware of what wolf is operating our minds. When we are in problematic situation and feeling bad towards the others we should know that the evil one is trying to consume our system. When we are in a comfortable situation and feeling beautiful toward others, the good one reigns on us

Choose to be contented and happy on what we have, and on what others had achieved. Good practices such as praying and meditation can help our minds to be at peace, and also to maintain a balanced control in our life.

  • 11. We feed the negative wolf inside us when we keep feeling envious of others, anger, and jealous. And also, if we let our pride and ego to took over us.

  • 13. Unwind and refrain ourselves from negativity. We should always choose to be at peace and turn our backs on what makes us feel like a disappointment and a failure. Stay positive and look at the bright side of life.
