There are two simple yet powerful techniques that will turn your heart into a
better ‘musical’ instrument

Before you go to sleep, focus your mind to the Heart Beat. Listen and feel the
Heart Beats. Do this for about 15 minutes
2. Slow Breathing
With this technique, you simply reduce the time it takes for you to complete a
breathing cycle
For example,
Step 1: Take a slow, deep breath, and as you breath in count to 7 seconds
Step 2: Hold for 7 seconds
Step 3: Release the breath slowly, counting to 7 seconds
Step 4: Hold for 7 seconds
