Geographic intelligence refers to the ability to understand spatial relationships and orient oneself in the physical world. It involves knowing how terrain and landscapes are organized, and using tools to aid navigation and interpretation of connections between different locations. An individual or organization with strong geographic intelligence can see, think about, and make sense of local and global patterns of interaction and how various places relate to one another.
