4. Today its 2.3 billion people in
the circle before the glow of
a smart phone.
5. What is the
purpose of
storytelling?
Sharing stories allows us to understand the human
experience and find ways to relate to and connect
with one another.
Storytelling can heal or encourage or motivate to
perpetuate.
12. Our Prime Minister,
according to me, is
one of the best story
tellers of all time. His
“Mitron…” and
“Vikas” story not just
captured hearts but
also the vote bank.
He sold his story to
1.2 billion Indians
couple of years back,
and is on his way
towards becoming a
great global leader.
13. Great storytellers can cut
through the noise and can
produce tremendous value
for organizations at a very
low cost. Telling a solid
story is just as essential as
developing a great product.
14.
15. Most organizations I know do not suffer from a lack
of content and many produce an incredible
amount of stuff that almost no one reads or
watches. I find this kind of sad.
A great storyteller won’t create the most content.
In fact, the opposite is often true. A talented
storyteller will create a few -- or even just one --
story that gets told over and over.
16. Organisations today need a storyteller in the form of
managers and business leaders who can sell their Dreams and
ideas.
