10.  The theme of the chapter is that physical activity involves more than
moving our bones and muscles or increasing the flow of blood through
our circulatory systems.
 The goal of most physical activity professionals is to help people
develop an intrinsic orientation to sport and exercise.
 Many factors can make sport and exercise more or less enjoyable,
including those that lie within the structure of the activities themselves,
those related to the dispositions and attitudes of the performers, and
those associated with the social context in which physical activity is
performed.
 Examined briefly the subjective experiences associated with watching
sports and saw that people have different ways of watching.
 Our subjective experience is affected by our knowledge of the game,
our feelings about the competitors, and the drama of the competition,
including its description by sport broadcasters
