Wood comes from rainforests where loggers use chainsaws or machines to collect different types of wood. Lumber is wood from cut down trees that is used to build houses and make everyday items like paper, pencils, and furniture. The logging industry provides wood that people rely on but cutting down many trees can damage forests. Better management of this resource and reducing wood use could help address the environmental impacts.

How is wood collected & modified?
Wood comes from rainforests. Logger collect by using chainsaws or large
machine to collect it, after they finish collecting wood they take away the
branches from the wood. Some of the loggers they are interested in all types of
wood. Some of the people use it to build house.
Lumber is wood from trees that have been cut down to be use for building things and making
things. Everyday we use something that has come from trees like paper, pencil, and some the
chiar that we sit on it is also make from trees. Wood is also used as fuel to cook.
