Infographic: Millennials vs Boomers at Work – Generational Showdowndomain .ME
Owing to the fact that people nowadays live longer and retire at a more advanced age, we are slowly but surely entering the period of heterogeneous offices in terms of age differences among workers. According to the 2015 statistics, Millennials and Baby Boomers represent the majority of USA workforce and are bound to be working side by side for many years to come.
Nevertheless, problems can occur in the working environment because of their behavioral differences. They can have a negative influence on the quality of the employee collaboration and ultimately cause lowering overall productivity levels. On the other hand, many claim that working in such environment can be quite beneficial, as diverse working attitudes do not necessarily have to imply conflict. By working in heterogeneous offices, employees are provided with an opportunity to complete one another.
To get the clearer picture of just how diverse the attitudes of Boomers and Millennials are when it comes to their work life, take a sneak peek at our infographic below. :)

Well, that...... may be true.
However, we can be equally stupid and dumb too.
Worse still, we don't even realize it - in terms of how we can make erroneous judgments, decisions and choices, based on how our mind processes and filters information, as well as how our belief system works.

This lecture deals with the impact of digitalization on culture in a wider sense. How does the fourth industrial revolution shape our society and how do we relate to each other as human beings?
Base on a strong ‘face to face meetings’ legacy, the Office de consultation publique de Montreal (OCPM) acknowledges that citizens and civil society groups are using different types of technologies and new medias to express their opinions, to get informed and to create online communities. This societal transformation led us to begin a long reflection on how to integrate these rich online contents and how to innovate through a hybrid methodology.
