2. •Perhaps you think of yourselves as an individualized person,
but, in fact, you are a community of 50 trillions unicellular
citizens working together. It’s a rather strange perception of
human life to begin with, but from what I read, almost every
cell in the human body can be compared with amoebas-
individual organisms which had developed a cooperating
strategy in order to survive.
•At an elementary level we, humans, are just a consequence of
“amoeba’s collective consciousness type”.

3. • An unusual perception about life and
aging is the one presented by dr.
Bruce H. Lipton , an American
developmental biologist, who claims
that genes and DNA can be
manipulated by a person’s beliefs.
• Generally speaking, aging reflects all the changes that occur in our
bodies throughout time. We grow. We develop. We change.
• Scientists have put forward a number of theories about how and why
we age, but the evidence in support of these is still quite inconclusive.

4. • A nation reflects its citizens comportment. On the same
principle, our character should reflect the elementary nature
of our cell communities.
• Using this cell communities as models, a surprising discovery
was made: we are not “victims” of our genes and we are
capable of creating our own lives full of peace, happiness and
love.

5. • Another important thing about cells is that the nucleus and it’s material
that contains DNA isn’t a cell’s “brain” .
• It was discovered that if a cell’s nucleus is removed, the cell can
survive up until two or even more months, keeping their biological
functions, without genes. They eventually die, because without genes
they cannot divide and reproduce the lost proteins.
• Still, the cell did not die immediately after the enucleation , meaning
that the “brain” was intact after the nucleus had been removed.

6. • Apart from the obvious changes, researchers found
that more than 500 genes in the men’s bodies had
changes in activity. This was pretty exciting result!
•A research conducted by Dr. Dean Ornish showed that a change
of lifestyle, including a better diet and exercise can lead not
only to a better physique, but also to a change in genes.
It turns out you can do a lot!
•The study involved 30 men with low-risk prostate cancer that
underwent three months of major changes, including: a diet rich
in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and soy products, moderate
exercise (walking for half an hour daily) and daily stress
management methods, such as meditation.

7. • We cannot stop the aging process, but what we can do
is slow it; it only depends on us to make the positive
changes in our life.
• After all, it seems like we can manipulate our genes
using the power of our mind, living a full life and
aging beautifully, without diseases and medical
treatments.
• Also, the aging process is often seen as “a loss of
something”; when you age, you lose your strength,
your hair, your energy. But this is just a perception,
and, if we could see this process just as a
transformation of substance, life would be more
simple and beautiful.
