Scott Bailey serves as President, Automotive, for TEN: The Enthusiast Network,
where he oversees the automotive group’s iconic brands. His responsibilities
include enhancing the relationship between the automotive group’s brands and
their audience, leading the continued development of TEN’s digital business,
improving customer offerings, and diversifying revenue streams. Under Bailey’s
tenure, TEN became the first company to launch a subscriber-on-demand SVOD
platform in the auto space. He has also led the development of innovative content
and distribution partnerships with Amazon, Facebook, and Netflix. Bailey is a two-
time nominee and Emmy Award winner for his work in advanced media technology
and has more than two decades of digital and publishing experience.

Ken Cornick
President/CoFounder & CFO, Clear

Ken is the President and CFO of CLEAR. Along with Co-Founder, Caryn Seidman-
Becker, Ken relaunched CLEAR in 2010. Ken oversees finance, operations, and
technology.
Prior to CLEAR, Ken was a founding partner of Arience Capital. In building Arience
over a seven-year period, heavy emphasis was placed on its unique research
process, culture and team.
Ken received his BA in Economics from Bowdoin College.

As Chief Financial Officer, Adam brings over 25 years of work experience to Eleven
James. Adam began his career in Investment Banking and went on to work in a
variety of roles within the investment industry, including mergers and acquisitions,
restructuring, trading and portfolio management. After exiting Financial Services, he
translated these skills into the management of two startup companies where he
developed deep expertise in the areas of operations, sales, marketing, web
development and financial systems. In particular, he is adept at applying his broad
financial expertise to all areas of the business to encourage growth while
maintaining strict accountability and controls. Adam holds a B.S. from the University
of Southern California and is a CFA Charterholder.
