Evidence Of The Design Process My Multimedia Journal 
Animation The brief was to create a 30 second animation of a tv ident, personal to us for our own tv station. 300 word rationale on animation. Click here.
Film The brief was to create a one shot film in groups of 4/5 in which we could only zoom/pan once. 300 word rationale on film. Click here.
Interactive Space I enjoyed this the most over the first term & feel my outcome in this fits the brief and learning outcomes the greatest & therefore have chose it to be my “best work.” I have had feedback and made improvements on this  300 word rationale on interactive space. Click here. First initial idea. Click here.
Feedback On Interactive Space Click here or the image  I decided to improve my interactive space as it was my favourite project of the term & I felt as if I would enjoy to improve it, it wouldn’t feel like a chore. I got feedback from my peers on my blog, both positive and negative and made the improvements I felt best fitted the feedback.
Changes Made To Interactive Space And WHY? I didn’t make many changes, I kept with the original idea & photos but added text to the photos. I had text on some photos already but changed the colour to red & blue so it would appeal to children & the font is now comic sans which I feel is a “child like” font. I added text to keep the user involved and to help them along the way with the game. I used pronouns such as “you” to make the child feel that the characters were actually talking to them. Taking the feedback into account the text to ratio amount is now more equal than before. I made the "give me a clue" image more clearer of what it means & where to click The roll over hyperlink text on the image is now in capital letters as I felt it made it more excitable and as if the text was “shouting” at the user adding to the feel of excitement. I feel my project is now more interactive with the user and adjusts well to the audience of young children.
The Changes… Click any of the images ! 
The Learning Outcomes… I feel after receiving feedback and making improvements on my interactive space, I have achieved all learning outcomes. I identify methods to structure design work, examples of this can be seen on all 3 projects in which I blog about inspirational ideas, things I have tried which haven’t work & also what did work and proceeded to use in my final design. It is very clear from the changes I made that I thought about the relationship with the audience / user and adjusted the photos to fit the need of a child. Evidence of this can also be seen in my animation in which I
The Learning Outcomes… Thoroughly researched into living tv idents as I knew my audience would be females & knew this Tv Channel would be effective for female idents. I have experimented with my work – for example when I first started interactive project I only had to use 5 images which then gave me ideas to develop my work to make it more inventive. For one shot using our practise idea then developed the idea to have the same story but add a twist to make it more original. I have overcome problems this term in some projects, such as animation
The Learning Outcomes… In which I found the software difficult to use, so would often experiment on 3dsmax with text and shapes to give me an idea on what I could use in my final animation piece. All of my projects are examples of multimedia in which I have tested them, other people have used them and not made the comment “what is it?” Overall, I feel i have achieved all learning outcomes for design practice one and this can be seen in both my final work & evidence of the process on my multimedia journal.
