2. The ABC model is described in some way considering the emotions of
us the humans, it is intrinsically related on the way we feel and think, so
as to compare this is related with the psychology, so we are discussing
something that all of us can applied, in respect to the education or the
way we teach, this is a very good method to understand the teachers,
the students and even the father of our students. It is possible to make
an analysis of the behavior of someone in the classroom this is a very
good method to apply. Respecting the teacher this is a good tool in
terms of controlling the behavior of the students, if we make a relation of
how we first think, then how we feel and at the end we produce an idea,
we are making a complete cognitive research of ourselves considering
the following information.
This is how we can make a deep understanding on how we can create a
social work, all related on how the student and teacher can challenge to
each other in a better way to become better people in order to develop
themselves continuously, to create a good relationship, to understand
each other, so as to have a good environment of understanding.
In Psychology is develop the idea on how to control the behavior of a
student in terms if he / she is having a bad behavior and he request for
attention, if the student doesn’t recieve a good response from the
teacher, the student will continue to having a strong and bad behavior.
But if he get the attention needed, the conduct of the student will change
in a better way, so if this happens the teacher should consider before
hand, a way in which can search the better conduct of the student, that
is way this method is grat for this type of problems in the classroom, first
3. think, then feel what is going to be the better way to enhance the
behavior in the class and at the end do it.
If we are discusing about a cognitive behavioral therapy, we should take
into account all the best ways in which we can create a good enviroment
inside the school, so we can described 3 elements that are going to
make a understanding of the meaningful learning in the best way
possible. Bloom’s Taxonomy is a good way to create a good enviroment
in the students along with the behavoir elements. This is a chart that
explains the bloom’s taxonomy.
Remembering: If the student can repeat the information.
Understanding: If the student can identify ideas.
Applying: If the student can demonstrate the information in
another way.
Analyzing: If the student can contrast between different elements.
Evaluating: If the student can defend a decision.
Creating: If the student can design a new point of view.
In my own point of view respecting the ABC model, now is the time of
taking into account the following chart of information, than, together with
the Bloom’s Taxonomy can make a good understanding of the behavior
and good development in class assigments.

A series of examples could be applied in order to describe the ABC
model, but the best way to do it, is to say one good example and one

This is totally the worst case scenario for any kind of teacher, but it is
important that, every teacher must take control of their actions, asking

Accoding to Jeffrey Cully and Andra Teten in their book A therapist’s
guide to Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, it is implied that “The
behavioral aspect of CBT addresses how behaviors influence mood. The
therapist works with the patient to increase behaviors to improve mood
and reduce behaviors associated with negative mood. As depicted in the
figure below, changing behaviors can change feelings as well as
thoughts. The associations among behaviors, thoughts, and feeling in
CBT are captured by social learning theory, which suggests that the
likelihood of a behavior is determined by its consequences. For example,
social learning theory implies that a positive behavior, such as exercise,
will occur more frequently if a patient experiences pleasure and a sense
of satisfaction after completing physical activity. This is the premise of
behavioral activation”
In here we can inffer that the teacher inside the classroom is more than
a simple person controlling an amount of people, in here we can create a
comparison with the teacher and the therapist, and the patients with the
students, if the teacher sees a problem with a student or some students,
the teacher in this case will apply an specific method to follow some
characteristics that will improve this problem that the student may have.
Same happens with the therapist fixing some troubles that the patien is
suffering, so it is possible to say that the teacher is the therapist in the
classroom.
