Bill Loh worked as a senior technician from 2006 to 2008 at the Singapore Catalyst Technology Centre, where he was responsible for preparing and executing pilot plant programs to test catalyst performances for oil refineries. His previous experience as a process operator was valuable in operating the pilot plants. He was an excellent team player who helped coach others and improve work quality. He also played a key role when the technology center moved to India, training new staff and ensuring safety during equipment relocation.

Mr Bill Loh has been employed by the Singapore Catalyst Technology Centre (SCTC), fully
owned by Criterion Catalyst and Technologies based in Houston, USA.
Bill Loh (DOB 19th Feb 1963) worked from 2006 – 2008 as senior technician in the catalyst
testing group. In that position he was responsible for preparing and executing pilot plant
programs simulating catalyst performances as applied in Oil Refineries Hydro conversion
units.
His previous experience as process operator in Singapore Refining Company has been very
valuable in the pilot plant operations. His input and experience has improved the quality of
the testing programs and besides that Bill took on general responsibilities such as
maintenance for utilities, air and Hydrogen compressors as well gas detection system.
Bill Loh is an excellent team player and able to coach others using his experiences and skills.
He will take initiatives to improve the quality of the work, is open minded and result driven.
He also played an important role when the Technology Centre was moved to Bangalore in
India by training new Indian staff on pilot plant operations. He was also one of the key
persons in the preparation to relocate all the equipment. In that role he particularly was
responsible for HSE to make sure contractors and staff were working safely in that period
(work permits, MOC).
