SUMMARY
Over 6.3 years of work experience in Oracle Applications Release R12 and R11i implementations of Process
Manufacturing life Cycle Management suite. I had involved in multiple implementation and roll out engagements in the
past. I had worked as a Process Lead had experience to manage large team of functional and technical consultants.

Uflex has a vast production capacity for Polyester chips, Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Teraphthalate (BOPET), Biaxially
Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films, Cast Polypropylene (CPP) films, Printing & Coating Inks, adhesives, facilities for
Holography, Metallization & PVDC coating, Gravure Printing Cylinders, Gravure Printing, Lamination and Pouch formation
UFLEX group is a multi-product manufacturing company located based out of INDIA, UAE, EGYPT, USA and MEXICO.
II have been involved in implementing Release 12.2.5 for UFLEX since Dec 2015.
It is full pledged EBS Implementation of release 12 across Holography and Cylinder division.
I am working in this implementation as a Project lead apart from also held the responsibility of implementing OPM suite
release 12 version 12.2.5 Core responsibilities in this implementation are in this assignment are managing a team of 8
consultants that had mix of 4 technical and 4 Functional consultants and coordinating with the off shore team for
developing the custom components. Apart from this part of implementation activities also co-coordinating with legacy team

for NSAIL. Rapidflow is engaged in this project for ASCP implementation as per client requirement. I am contributing

SRF is a multi-business entity engaged in the manufacture of chemical based industrial intermediates. Its business
portfolio covers Technical Textiles, Fluorochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Packaging Films and Engineering Plastics.
I have been involved in this project since Jan 2014. It is full pledged OPM implementation of release 12.1.3 across
TCF business.
I have been working in this implementation as Functional lead apart from also held the responsibility of implementing
WIP Barcode application along with OPM integration. Core responsibilities in this implementation are in assignment or
managing team of 8 team member included developer and coordinating with the off shore team for developing the
custom components. Apart from this part of implementation activities also co-coordinating with technical team for
functional inputs and guiding to developing custom user interface components.
 Validated business flows from standardization perspective and designing the To Be Process flows.
 Design to cater for TCF complex requirements for 3 units of Tyre cord Plant.
 Designed and aided in the development of Application Programming Interfaces (API) utilizing OPM standard APIs
to integrate the Barcode WIP system and Textile manufacturing system with OPM.
 Project is successfully gone live in May’15.

with Oracle Process Manufacturing OPM. I had worked for this project as a business analyst in all Oracle Process
Manufacturing modules like Formulator, Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, Process Quality and OPM Costing.

TTB Kashipur project is based on Technical Textile Business unit. They are implementing Oracle release R12 there
process in TTB-Kashipur including Barcode application. This Project is based on All SRF Operating unit but I am
working only for TTB-Kashipur for where lots of enhancement is required on existing system. Project was
implemented in Apr 2013. I have worked for this project as a Core team member in all SCM/Distribution modules like
Order Management, Inventory, Purchase order modules and also worked on OPM implementation project in TTB-K.
Responsibilities:
 Provided the entire business scenario.
 Re-implement the barcode Application for OPM prospective.
 Validate all the master data in required template.
 Setup all the project instance for like CRP1, CRP2 and UAT.
 Coordinate with third party system house which is integrated with this business.

This Project is based on laminated Fabric Business unit TTB Kashipur operating units and LF inventory organization.
Project was implemented in 2011 and since there is no Barcode System in entire TTB. I have worked for this project
as a senior functional resource in all Barcode WIP modules and integrated with Oracle Apps 11i.
Responsibilities:
 Studying the current business processes; identifying GAP/Workaround in order to provide an integrated
information system solution BARCODE Application to meet the business needs of the LF business process.
 Provided Training to user to minimize incoming volumes of problem/cases on daily basis through
Documentation, Screen sharing and SOP.
 Provided solution on long pending cases and try to make system easier and user friendly with no bug and error
free.
 Done the unique identification for all type of FG related to LF business segment.
 Automation of all production entry and dispatch activity with Barcode application and oracle Apps.

automate it with the help of our BIT and COS team.

SRF Polymers is the largest manufacturers of Industrial Yarn and Tyre Cord Fabric. Which are used to make fish net
& other industrial applications. SRF Polymers purchase yarn as raw material from internal source or external vender.
That RM accounted in store and issued for production. During the production the yarn is twisted as a process and
become twisted yarn. The twisted yarn used as finished good product for SRF. The FG is placed in FG store area and
dispatched to customer after receiving the order from customer. Vendor/Customer amount paid/received through
Oracle Apps system. Purchase Order, Sales Orders printed through oracle apps only.
