Job Profile- BUSINESS TECHNICAL: Develop and operate all aspects of the Chlor Alkali
-India CTEC to support accomplishment of the technology and operations program goals by
understanding and assimilating the Chlor Alkali business and associated operational
challenges and opportunities and effectively translate them into technology and operations
improvement strategies while facilitating the deployment of sustainable initiatives at all six
locations.
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENTAL: Provide direction and support for significant environmental
issues, and develop standards appropriate to the Chlor-Alkali Business-India in order to help
units ensure that operations are conducted within Regulations and provide guidelines to the
units for identifying key operational processes and put in place continual improvements for
the identified processes.

Sep-2010 to Oct-2013 Head Production for an integrated complex with two CA
plants, AKCC and UHDE technologies working in tandem at single location with
Chlorinated Products.
Job Profile: Operations: Formulate, monitor and implement plans for achieving
production and process targets with minimum downtime and at budgeted cost so as to
enable the Unit to achieve cost effective production of all the products of Chemical
Division.
Systems: Initiate and ensure to obtain the environmental clearances as per EPA act and
