PROJECTS
ME 4182: Capstone design Aug 2016 –Dec 2016
Project CSX Self-Feeding Spike
The main goal of this project is to improve the ergonomics of driving railroad spikes by developing an automated method that will
deliver an initial force to drive the spike into the ground before being installed by an operator.
• Studying different design with other group members.
• Meeting with our sponsor to understand the problem that needs to be solved.
• Meet with the professor every week to explain the design.
• Present our prototype to our classmate and ours sponsor
ME2110: Creative Decisions and Design at Georgia Tech Jan 2015 –May 2015
The main goals are to Design a machine that would make clean rubber and safe. The victim an inside or on the top of the hospital in
30 second. The competition involves three other groups.
Georgia Tech OFF ROAD: Dec 2015-Dec 2016
GT Off Road exists to compete in the Baja SAE engineering competitions. Baja SAE is an intercollegiate engineering design
competition for undergraduate and graduate engineering students. The object of the competition is to simulate real-world engineering
design projects and their related challenges. Each team is competing to have its design accepted for manufacture by a fictitious firm.
The students must function as a team to design, build, test, promote and compete with a vehicle.
