o M/s. HINDALCO , Renusagar, U.P.(300 TPH Pulverized Fired Boiler of Make ALSTOM)- Involved
as a member of the commissioning team and participated in the Commissioning of the Total Plant
o M/s. PHILIPS CARBON BLACK LIMITED, DURGAPUR, W.B. (130 TPH OIL & Tail Gas Fired
Boiler of make ALSTOM)—Was responsible for the Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Activities of
the Boiler.
o M/s. Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu (115 TPH Triple Pressure HRSG
of Make ALSTOM)—Partly Erection, was identified as the Sole person for the Total Commissioning and
thereafter Stabilization of the plant till final Handover to the customer.
o M/s Tata Power Company (TISCO), Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (2 x 230 TPH Oil and BFG/ COG Fired
Boiler– Involved in the Total Commissioning and Stabilization of the Plant. Posted as Lead Commissioning
Engineer.
o M/s Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd. (370 MW Gas Based Combined Cycle Power Plant,
Utran, Surat, Gujarat) –Turn-key (EPC) project taken by Alstom Projects India Limited. Posted as Lead
Commissioning Engineer--The Job Profile includes performing Hydro test Of Boiler, Commissioning of all
Auxiliaries including Pumps , Motors , Fans, C & I -- Transmitters , Control Valves etc , Performing Alkali Boil
Out , Steam Blowing of different projects and thereafter Operation till the stabilization of the Plant and lastly
Performance Guarantee Test.

for the Total Installation of the Boiler including guiding the sub-contractor at
every step of installation, along with dealing with Sub contractor and IBR Agency.
After the installation was also responsible for the Pre-commissioning of Boiler.
o M/s. HINDALCO, MURI,JHARKHAND.(140TPH AFBC Boiler of IJT
make)— Involved in Installation Activities.
o M/s. BAJAJ HINDUSTAN LTD, BASTI. (90 TPH Bagasse fired Boiler of
IJT make) — Worked as a Site In-charge, responsible for the Total Installation
of the Boiler including guiding the sub-contractor at every step of installation
along with dealing with Sub contractor and IBR Agency. Thereafter also
performed the Commissioning of Boiler and was involved till the smooth
operation of the Boiler.
C) TRIVENI ENGG. & INDUSTRIES LTD. June 2004 – February 2005

Was Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of the Boiler and Turbine
