2. Title and Opening Shot
• Our group have taken a lot of
inspiration from the short film
Lights Out. We really thought
the opening shot and the way
the title was displayed was very
effective
• With our location, we think that
we can recreate this opening
shot and display the title of the
short in a similar manner

3. Conservatory
• In our short, we plan to focus on the
ouija board (which is placed on the
table) and have a the two characters
talking and moving in the
background.
• These shots here focus on where the
fuji board will be and give us an idea
of how the shot could look.

4. Staircase
• One of the shots in our short is
the protagonist moving up the
stairs, shortly followed by the
paranormal entity.
• In these shots you can see
how we will position the
camera when shooting this
scene.

5. A small part of our short will be
filmed in a bedroom. Here you
can see what the bedroom
looks like and the entrance to
the bathroom.

6. Here are some photos of the
bathroom which we will be
using to shot part of our short
horror film.

7. Moving Lock
• Within our short film, we are
going to make the lock in the
bathroom door look as if it has
opened by itself.
• The way this will be done is by
videoing a series of movements
and then overlaying them,
cropping out any hands or
string used.
