TESLA
TESLA, INC is an American automotive and energy company based in palo Alto,
California. Tesla designs, manufactures and sell electric cars and electric vehicle
powertrain components.
• Tesla motor was incorporated in july 2003 by Elon musk, Martin Eberhard, and Marc
Tarpenning
• In March 2008- Tesla begins production of Roadster. Eventually sells 2,150 of
Roadsters.
• March 2009- Announce Model S
• Dec 2012, Tesla employed almost 3000 full time employees.
• In 2017 two models launched (x and 3)
