Applications Support Specialist
• Provide support to end users in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues. Serve as liaison
between department and county Technology Services Department.
• Assist with implementation of agency case management/billing software (TCM). Serve as main point of contact to staff
on the use of software providing technical support and training to end users.
