About Our Company

• Telexca, Inc. has been in business for more than 15
years. It's Founder and President, Mr. Roberto Brand,
has more than 40 years experience in the aircraft-
aerospace industry specializing in materials, sciences
and engineering.
• A comprehensive quality assurance system which allows
Telexca to meet all of the requirements of the SAE AS
9003 for Inspection and Test Quality System.
• We provide:

What We Do

• Telexca, Inc. has been supplying hi-temp flexible
fiber glass reinforced silicone products including
covers for bellows, latches, expansion joints, and
coupling covers, as well as boots, insulation
blankets, etc., to companies in need of fast
turnaround, quality components at a very
competitive price.
• We also specialize in light weight structures with
rigid thermoset materials including carbon fiber,
phenolics, polyesters, epoxies, polyimides and
most other vacuum bagged pre-preg
laminates. We will work to your drawings and
material requirements or design per the customer’s
envelope requirements. We also have tooling
capabilities.

Silicone Rubber Components

• We specialize in hand layed, low
pressure laminates of flexible fiberglass
reinforced silicone components with
high heat tolerances that are flexible,
but maintain their shape. We also offer
components that require compression
molding and low pressure vacuum cure
cycles. These components can be
made to drawing specifications.

• We offer rigid components that also meet high heat and strength
applications that can be reinforced with stainless steel. We can
build any size component using low pressure vacuum-bagged
laminates and any pre-preg on the market. For first time
applications we can also provide tooling capabilities.
