Who?
His name is Todd, Charlie Todd

A Comedian/ Actor

Lives in New York City

 Started Improv Everywhere
What does he/they do?
As their site proudly tells you, they cause
 scenes.

 http://improveverywhere.com/
Thesis!
 To quote Charlie himself,

“There is no point and that there doesn’t have to
be a point. We don’t need a reason. As long as
 it’s fun.”
Have fun!
Basically, he was just letting everyone know that it’s okay to do
something a little silly so long as you enjoy it. Enjoy life.
Attention!
Attention Getter
He starts off by telling the audience a little bit
 about himself.

Then proceeds to talk about the first project.

 No Pants Subway Ride.
Attention Keeper
Keep it going
He continues to keep the
audience’s attention by showing
them other events that the group
has done

All equally as entertaining as the
No Pants Subway Ride
Ten Commandments
I would personally say that out of the 10
commandments, the one Charlie embodied most was
:

Thou Shalt Remember all the while: Laughter
is Good.

You can clearly hear the laughter throughout most of
the video due to either the humorous events
unfolding or the persona jokes or comments he made
Dynamism
Overall, I would give him a 5. He held the
audience’s attention from the beginning and
continued to have it for the remainder of the
presentation.
If anything, I would suggest that he might want
to move around the stage to keep from seeming
stagnant but I feel like he was engaging enough
that it wasn’t a major problem.
What did I learn?
I learned that being confident while presenting is
a major definitely a good idea as well as the fact
that it doesn’t have to be super serious, so long
 as the point comes across.
Compare
I think something that both Charlie and Ken did fantastically in their
talks was they were actively engaged with the audience

They both also had a good use of visuals.
Contrast
A thing they did differently was that Ken was
very factual about his presentation which was
 good.

Charlie on the other hand didn’t really need the
facts or figures in his presentation so didn’t
 really use it.
Tips and tricks!
I would suggest that people have visuals in their
presentations because they tend to help from
 keeping the audience entertained.
