2. Firefox URL: www.mozilla.com/firefox/ Rating: Reflection: Mozilla Firefox is a Web browser that I feel is faster and more secure than any other Web browser I’ve tried before. It is easier to navigate and understand. Also, the option of bookmarking the websites I visit the most, makes it fast and easy for me to get where I need to go. I rate this technology tool at 5 stars.
3. Google Apps URL: www.google.com Rating: Reflection: I found Google apps to be very fun and interesting. I liked how I was able to share documents with other classmates- something that I never tried before. But I found Google Apps to be a little hard to figure out in the beginning- therefore I rated it at 4 stars.
4. Moodle URL: campus.uogdistance.com Rating: Reflection: Of all the technology tools used in class, I’ve enjoyed using Moodle the most. I was able to see all my assignments- past and upcoming. I was able to stay updated with my progress. I had open communication with my professor- which I find very important. I learned how to hyperlink my assignments- which I use all the time now. I thought using Moodle was a great way to stay connect with my professor and peers, view assignments and stay updated with my progress- all at one very fun and easy website. I rated Moodle at 5 stars.
5. WIX URL: www.wix.com Rating: Reflection: Wix is a website creator and my group and I used this technology tool when we presented on technology issues. Wix made our presentation amazing. It allowed us to upload a video, important information, and link to other useful information. Wix offers a variety of designs and graphics to make any homework or project simply amazing. I rated Wix 4 and a half stars.
6. Delicious Delicious List URL: www.delicious.com Rating: Reflection: Delicious.com is a website that allows you to bookmark all your favorite websites and save them for when you might need them again. It allows you to categorize your bookmarks for faster and easier access. I found my delicious list to be very useful. I was able to bookmark many websites- and I know I will be able to access them later all in one place. I was able to see other people’s delicious lists and some websites they bookmarked were very interesting to me. I gave the delicious list 5 stars.
7. PREZI URL: www.prezi.com Rating: Reflection: Prezi is a presentation creator that allows you to make presentations more fun and creative. Prezi allows you to use your imagination and create animations to your liking. I found Prezi to be a useful and fun technology tool. I rated Prezi 5 stars.
8. Slide Share URL: www.slideshare.net Rating: Reflection: I found slide share to be very interesting. I am able to upload powerpoint presentations and share them with other people in an creative way. I am able to share my presentation with others and they’re able to share with me as well. I find using slide share very useful and I rated it at 5 stars.
9. Blogger Blog Spot URL: www.blogspot.com Rating: Reflection: Creating blogs was very new to me when the semester started. I never expressed my feelings and thoughts to anyone I didn’t know- let alone on the internet. But, I found using Blog Spot to be interesting. I was able to share what I thought about with others in a creative and fun way. In addition, I was able to view other people’s blogs and read what they had to say. I rated Blog Spot with 5 stars.
