This document discusses how technology can drive innovation and transformation in higher education. It outlines two types of innovation - improving existing capabilities and disruptive innovation that does something different. Examples of previous innovations at Seton Hall like mobile computing and tutoring programs are mentioned. The document discusses how technology could impact students, especially non-traditional students, and provide new opportunities. It advocates leading change through Dr. Kotter's 8 step process and transforming Seton Hall into a globally recognized university through innovative uses of technology.
