Universiti Utara Malaysia hosted a technical communication workshop for KASTAM in Alor Setar. The workshop covered introductions, types of technical writing like informative, analytical and persuasive documents, and the writing process. It also discussed speaking skills for presentations. Technical communication involves conveying technical or work-related information to various audiences clearly. It must be supported by facts and be precise. In the internet era, technical communication can incorporate multimedia elements.
