Applicants must have a plan which includes five elements. 5. Goal #1 Increase the opportunity for student learning and achievement through the seamless integration of technology into instruction in learning and teaching across the curricula. Time and place is no obstacle Web based exchanges of teaching and learning
6. Goal #2 Students and staff will be provided a safe and orderly environment in which all can learn and work. Appropriate use Monitored campuses Instruction on the use of technology such as social networking for students

10. In Conclusion: Students’ needs demand technology. Teachers demand technology for instruction and proficiency. Technology demands planning and budgeting. E-Rate is one way to achieve supplying our learning community with technology resources.
