 Are you hiring team member based on their attitude and character rather then
experience as skills can be taught?
 Does your team promote your companies’ vision, strategy and follow TCF principles?
 Are TCF principles embedded in your team’s values and culture?
 Does your team have an identity? (has it defined its strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities etc.?)
 Does your team promote diversity and equality based on gender, race, religion,
sexuality and disability?
 Is your team inclusive and diverse?
 How well are you supporting your team and inspiring them to work to their best
levels, abilities and beyond?
 Does your team regularly reach individual/team targets and deadlines?
 Do they work together to ensure targets are met?
 Do you give your team space to be creative and think for themselves?
 Do team members volunteer to take on extra work/projects?
 Do you provide support to your team personally and professionally?
 Is your team defined via its own qualities or those of others?
 Do you treat your team members equally?
 Do the key members reinforce the identity of your team through what they do and
what they say?
 Does your team have well defined goals short, medium, and long-term?
 Do you praise and reward your team when things are going well?
 Does any team member need extra support or extra training?
 Are the collective goals stronger than individual goals or priorities?
 Do they all respectsupport each other?
 Do all team members feel they can challenge decisions and ideas?
 Does your team reach a consensus once a decision has been made?
 Do you enjoy working in your team?
 Does your team enjoy working with each other?
 Can you identify personal issues and resolve them?
 Can all team members manage themselves?
 Do your team members all pull together to meet set targets?
 Does each team member set goals to reach and work beyond them, constantly
improving their abilities via 1 to 1 appraisal sessions?
 Do key members of the team inspire the best in the team and individual team
members and promote relationship building?
 Do individual team members inspire the best in themselves?

Teamwork values with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Diversity  Are you hiring team member based on their attitude and character rather then experience as skills can be taught?  Does your team promote your companies’ vision, strategy and follow TCF principles?  Are TCF principles embedded in your team’s values and culture?  Does your team have an identity? (has it defined its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities etc.?)  Does your team promote diversity and equality based on gender, race, religion, sexuality and disability?  Is your team inclusive and diverse?  How well are you supporting your team and inspiring them to work to their best levels, abilities and beyond?  Does your team regularly reach individual/team targets and deadlines?  Do they work together to ensure targets are met?  Do you give your team space to be creative and think for themselves?  Do team members volunteer to take on extra work/projects?  Do you provide support to your team personally and professionally?  Is your team defined via its own qualities or those of others?  Do you treat your team members equally?  Do the key members reinforce the identity of your team through what they do and what they say?  Does your team have well defined goals short, medium, and long-term?  Do you praise and reward your team when things are going well?  Does any team member need extra support or extra training?  Are the collective goals stronger than individual goals or priorities?  Do they all respectsupport each other?  Do all team members feel they can challenge decisions and ideas?  Does your team reach a consensus once a decision has been made?  Do you enjoy working in your team?  Does your team enjoy working with each other?  Can you identify personal issues and resolve them?
  • 2.  Can all team members manage themselves?  Do your team members all pull together to meet set targets?  Does each team member set goals to reach and work beyond them, constantly improving their abilities via 1 to 1 appraisal sessions?  Do key members of the team inspire the best in the team and individual team members and promote relationship building?  Do individual team members inspire the best in themselves?
